Léonie lives in west Brisbane. She grew up in Kenya and has lived in Australia since 1993. She works mainly in watercolours because she loves their translucence, looseness, and unpredictability, but also enjoys other mediums.
Léonie focuses on landscapes, seascapes, and wildlife, but finds most subjects interesting to paint. She exhibits and has won prizes at multiple shows in SE Queensland and has done several commissions.
