2023 Arts Trail & Open Studios
Welcome! We’re excited to invite you to visit our members.
Now in our 9th year, and with nearly 50 artists across more than 20 studios, 2023 is guaranteed to be one of the biggest Samford & Surrounds Arts Trail & Open Studios events.
Visual artists, ceramicists, jewellery, wood, textile artists and photographers; our members practice in a diverse range of genres, medium and techniques.
The Trail meanders from Samford Valley to Clear Mountain, Cashmere and Eatons Hill to Cedar Creek and Dayboro.
WHEN: every Saturday & Sunday in June, from 10am-4pm

Hard copies have been distributed across Brisbane, or click the button below to access the digital version.
Workshops
Many of our participating artists will be holding workshops throughout the Trails.
We have drawing, rag rug making, dyeing, watercolour, acrylics and unique artisan products.
Learn a new skill and take home your own creation under the guidance of a talented and experienced art maker.

Plan your route and obtain directions to each studio and artspace using our interactive Google Map.
Artwork Sales
Many of our participating artists will have their work for sale in their Studios and Art Spaces.
Show your support for local artists by acquiring a original artwork to gift to a loved one, or display in your home or office.
People's Choice Award
Vote for your favourite artwork in our inaugural People’s Choice Award, where participating artists submit one original piece of artwork as their entry.
Your vote gives you the chance to win that original artwork!
The artwork that receives the most votes will be announced as the People’s Choice Award recipient.
The people who voted for the winning artwork, will go into a random draw to win the artwork itself.
HOW TO VOTE:
Voting is done via an online form.
An individual QR code will be located in the participating artist’s Studio or Art Space, alongside their People’s Choice artwork entry.
When you visit the Studio or Art Space, scan the QR code and complete the form.
Submitting the form casts your vote for that entry.
You can vote for as many People’s Choice artworks as you like. You may vote for each artwork only once.
