Get ready for a jam-packed, hands-on day of printmaking. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn how to create reusable printing plates using light, water, and photopolymer technology — no experience required. You’ll begin by transferring your sketch onto transparency film using specialised markers, working with line and dot techniques, before exposing and developing your own solarplate. Enjoy a relaxing lunch break in the beautiful studio gardens, then in the afternoon use an etching press to print from your plate and bring your design to life. This is a full day of creating, so come rested and ready to work. Suitable for ages 15+.
