Rustic Furniture Maker
Phil designs and creates ‘rustic’ furniture. The work is characterised by a simplicity of design with a goal to maintain as much as possible of the timber in its original form. He endeavours to produce his furniture where possible from locally grown trees or from recycled or scavenged wood. His approach endeavours to capture the natural beauty of the timber often lost in the mass produced, disposable furniture of today.
